A creamy strawberry spread. Delicious served on a fresh bagel or breakfast toast.

Strawberry Butter

1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 sticks butter,softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar

In a food processor or blender mix all ingredients until smooth. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for at least l hour before serving.
