Cabbage `N' Keilbasa
1 small head cabbage, chopped 1 red & 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4 in. slices 1/2 large onion,chopped 1 lb. Keilbasa, cut in half & sliced 1/4 in. thick 3 cups chicken stock
Put all ingredients in a dutch oven & finish covering with water, bring to a simmer & cook until tender (about 30 minutes.)
