From my mother but a favorite of the whole family.
Fruit Cocktail Pie
25 marshmallows (will not work with stale/hard ones) 1/2 cup milk 1 cup whipping cream 1 20 ounce can fruit cocktail, drained 1/2 cup butter, softened 10 graham crackers, crushed
Dissolve the marshmallows in milk in double boiler. Cool. Add fruit to whipped cream & fold into the cooled marshmallows. Line a 9x9 pan with a mixture of the butter & crackers. Pour in the fruit mixture. Sprinkle a little graham crumbs on top. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
