6 chicken breasts sliced in 1/2 inch thick slices
in a bag put 3/4 cup flour, 1/2 teas. of each black pepper, grated cheese (percorino romano),salt,oregano, parsley.
Shake sliced pieces of chicken in flour,
Next put a slice of ham and slice of swiss cheese on chicken and roll up. I fasten with toothpicks. Slowly sautee' in butter on low heat,each side for about 15 minutes total for both sides, put chicken in a large 13x9 baking that has been sprayed with pam.
In a small sauce pan,
1 stick butter
1 small container of heavy creme or half and half
3 oz of cream cheese
2 oz of cheddar
3 tab. of parm or romano grated cheese
2 oz of swiss
melt down in pan stir till melted
pour over chicken and bake on 350 till brown and bubbly.....serve with buttered fettucine noodles and garlic bread....or bread sticks this is a wonderful sauce and could be used for dipping the bread into or bread sticks
