Key Lime Cake Bites From: PATTI - VDRJ67A
3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup orange juice 5 eggs 1 small lime jello 1 package lemon cake mix 1/4 cup lime juice 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
FROSTING 8 ounces cream cheese; softened 4 tablespoons butter; softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 pound powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 325F. Grease and flour a 9x13" pan. Combine oil, orange juice, eggs, lime jello and cake mix. Pour ingredients into pan. Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes. Combine lime juice with 5 tbsp powdered sugar (up to 6 tbsp powdered sugar if needed for consistency). Prick the cake with a fork and pour lime juice mix over top of cake. Cool. Beat cream cheese and butter together. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost cake and cut into squares.
