Ham & Vegetable Skillet
2 medium Potatoes cut in 1/2-inch cubes 1 large Onion, chopped 1 tablespoon Oil 1 Green pepper, chopped 1 Zucchini, chopped 1 large Tomato, cut in eighths 2 cans Hormel Chunk Ham (5 oz each), drained and flaked 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
In 10" skillet over med-high heat cook potatoes and onions 5 minutes or until brown and almost tender. Add green pepper and zucchini. Cook 5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add tomato and ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 4.
