Crock Pot Spaghetti sauce Rec.food.cooking/Ann Albers/1994
Pour in a few cans of tomato sauce, some tomato paste, a can of chunked stewed tomatoes, a handful of oregano, some garlic powder, a bay leaf, if you have time an onion, studded with cloves (and if not, a chopped onion and a few cloves), a peeled carrot or two... and turn it on low. When you get home, cook spaghetti and make some garlic bread under the broiler - quick 'n easy.
