Homemade Bologna Source: Darlene Leonard
1 cup water 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 2 lbs. ground chuck
Mix the first five ingredients together. Add the ground chuck and mix again. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Mix again and mold into 2 logs. Bake for 1 1/4 hours on a rack at 300 degrees.
