Worcestershire-Teriayaki Marinade

Makes 1 cup

1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup rice wine or white vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Combine all ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade; refrigerate.

In large shallw non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, marinate your favorite steak(s) in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours.

Remove steaks; discard marinade. Grill or broil steaks, brushing with reserved marinade, until desired doneness.
