Zucchini Chocolate Cake

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini (peeled or unpeeled, the choice is yours. Remove seeds.)
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3 tsp grated orange peel (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Blend dry ingredients. Beat oil, sugars and eggs. Add vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Bake for approx. one hour.
