Steak, Beer and Cheese
Take 2-3 ozs. grated Cheddar cheese, a pinch of cayenne pepper and cook together with 1/3 bottle of Guinness per person until the cheese is quite melted.
Meanwhile cook the steak in the normal way and thinly slice raw onion over the top. Scoop the melted cheese and beer mixture over the onions and flash the whole thing under the grill till golden brown.
