Zesty Broccoli Dip

1 package frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste

Cook broccoli in cheese sauce according to package directions. Place cooked broccoli and cheese in blender of food processor with sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, and curry powder. Process until mixture is smooth. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers or other dippers. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of broccoli dip.
