Buttermilk Pie Rec.food.recipes/jongluar/1994
Set oven to 350. Make a pie crust. Leave it uncooked.
Place in a double boiler: 1 3/4 cups sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup butter 3T flour 1 cup buttermilk 1 T vanilla
Stir over heat about 5-10 minutes, until all ingredients are melted. Pour into pie crust and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the filling is golden or light brown and firm.
