STRAWBERRY WHIP PARFAITS
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries 4 (1 oz.) slices angel food cake 2 c. whipped topping
Place strawberries in container of an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Fold strawberry puree into whipped topping. Tear angel food cake slices into pieces and fold into strawberry mixture. Spoon into parfait glasses; cover and chill until serving.
