Fudge Walnut Brownie Pie

Makes 6-8 servings

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 350F. Lightly great 9-inch pie plate.

Beat eggs in a large bowl; stir in sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt; stir into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into prepared pie plate.

Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool. Serve warm or at room temperature. Garnish with whipped cream or serve with ice cream if desired.
