Spiced Tea (using tea bags) rec.food.recipes/Frank Butcher (1999)
6 whole cloves 1 two-inch stick of cinnamon 3 cup water 4 tea bags 1/4 cup honey
Combine cloves, cinnamon stick, and water in a small saucepan and heat to boiling. Add tea bags; cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Stir in honey. Strain into tea cups and serve hot with milk (if desired) or cool and pour over ice in tall glasses (serve with lemon wedges).
