1 c. instant rice 1/3 c. water 1 can tomato paste 1 can tomato sauce 1 green pepper 1/2 sm. onion Sweet and sour sauce to taste
Cook in crock pot. Cook rice as directed, but with less water. Add tomato paste and sauce. Chop green pepper and add in pan with onion. Cook on low for 4 hours or less depending on rice. Add sweet and sour last to taste.
