15 Minute Bbq Chicken & Rice Dinner Yield: 4 Servings
1 tb oil 4 sm boneless skinless chicken breast halves; (about 1 lb.) 2 c water 3/4 c KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 1 c frozen or canned corn; drained 2 c MINUTE White Rice; uncooked
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet. ADD water, barbecue sauce and corn to skillet. Bring to boil. STIR in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
