5 Can Chicken Casserole
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 cans chicken (I use 2 cans (6 oz. each) of Hormel chicken) 1 (13 oz) can of evaporated milk 1 can (5 ounces) chow mein noodles (mix in last)
Combine all ingredients, place in a casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
If you don't want to use canned chicken, you can substitute 1 or 2 baked or boiled chicken breasts cut into small pieces.
