re: oil amount in Italian Bow Ties (Nuckadels)

Hi Cathy,

I haven't tried the recipe you're asking about, but I measured 6 1/2 half-eggshells and it comes to 2/3 cup so I would assume the oil is what is being used when making the dough (I don't believe you'll need to measure the oil that you use for frying them).

We'd love to see the recipe you normally use if you'd like to post it.
