1 Tbsp. olive oil 2 cups chopped onion 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. cut-up chicken 2 cans (14 oz. each) chicken broth 1 (48 oz.) jar of precooked white beans 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped, with liquid 2 heaping tsp. cumin 2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, heaped dash to 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauceSaute onion and garlic in olive oil Add and simmer for an hour or so cut-up chicken, chicken broth, white beans, green chilies, chopped, with liquid, cumin, oregano cayenne pepper and Tabasco sauce.
