Cheddar Cornbread
2 (8.50 ounces) packages cornbread mix 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 (14.75 ounces) can cream-style corn 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a bowl, combine the cornbread mix, eggs, milk, and yogurt until well blended. Stir in the corn and cheese. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes or until tests done. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
