Potato Knishes

1 pkg phyllo pastry sheets
4 cups of mashed potatoes, butter, salt and peppered to taste.
2 TBS melted butter to brush on top

Defrost and take the phyllo sheets and cut them in half.
Take about 8 sheets fill the center with about 2 TBS potatoes, gather phyllo up closing on top, brush with butter and bake for about 30 minutes till golden brown on top.

Variations: add garlic and chives to the potatoes.
