Vadalia Onion Casserole
Microwave, covered, until cooked through: 2 Lb. Vadalia onions, cut in large pieces
Drain off liquid.
Add 1-2 Tbsp. butter (optional) salt and pepper to taste Mix 1/2 Tbsp. seasoning salt (Lawry's) 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 until top is browned.
