Low Fat Brownies 6 servings 1gm fat each
1 cup egg substitute 1/2 cup canola oil 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup sugar* 1 ripe banana, mashed 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350*F. Line a 9" square pan with aluminum foil. Mix the egg substitute and the oil in a bowl. Beat in the flour, rolled oats, cocoa, sugar, banana, and vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the brownies just begin to pull from the sides of the pan. Cool and cut into squares. * I have used sugartwin instead of real sugar, and it works fine.
