Margarita Salsa
1/2 cup chopped mild onion 2 cups diced mangoes or peaches 1-2 Tbsp. minced, seeded serrano or other small chili 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh Cilantro 3 Tbsp. tequila or orange juice or orange liqueur 1 tsp. lime peel 2 Tbsp. lime juice 1/4 ground cumin
Mix well and serve warm. Can be used as a meat accompaniment or as topping for sweet potatoes.
