Homemade Jello (zero carb)
Newsgroups/Edgar Lee/2002

I experimented with making "Jell-O". I used Knox gelatin, 1/2 cup of Black Cherry Torani syrup (which is sweetened with Splenda) and 1 and 1/2 cups of water. Pour the syrup in a bowl and sprinkle in the gelatin. Heat up the water in a microwave for a minute and add. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Put in frig. IMHO it is very good "Jell-O" You can of course change the ratio of syrup and water to your liking.
