Low Fat Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
1 cup frozen blueberries 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup Fat Free Half and Half 1/2 cup milk 1 cup buttermilk
Place berries, lemon juice, sugar and water in saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved; stir. Let blueberry mixture cool and chill thoroughly. Combine chilled blueberry mixture with cream, milk, and buttermilk. Freeze according to ice cream make directions.
