Blueberry Pie
1 cup blueberries 1 cup water 1 cup white sugar 3 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp butter 3 cups chilled, raw blueberries
Boil 1 cup of blueberries, water, and sugar in saucepan. Thicken with cornstarch. Remove from heat and add butter. Let butter melt. Add raw berries and pour into a baked pie shell. Serve with whipped cream.
