Cranberry Pie
3 1/2 cups cranberries 1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 1/2 tbsp flour 1/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp water 2 tbsp melted butter
Chop cranberries and mix with remaining ingredients. Fill an unbaked pie shell with the mixture and arrange strips of pie crust criss-cross over the top. Bake at 450*F for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350*F and continue baking for 40 minutes.
