I volunteer to teach cooking classes at a women's crisis pregnancy center and last night I decided to treat them to the pie in addition to the pasta salad we were making.
It was a hit! I made 3 pies (they told me to expect 20)for 12 girls and had none left! In addition to the pasta salad for 20 I made. They did take some home, but mostly ate there and loved it.
So easy and pretty.
