Weight Watcher's Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie with Rice Krispies Crust Source: Weight Watchers Servings: 6
4 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal 1 package instant chocolate pudding, reduced calorie or sugar free 2 cups skim milk 4 tablespoons Lite or Fat Free Cool Whip
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir in cereal. Press into a 9 in. pie plate and chill.
Prepare pudding with skim milk according to package directions. Spread over pie crust and chill.
Top with Cool Whip.
