Mom had this recipe when I visited her last week. It reminds us of "dump cake" where we use cherries or pineapple. Next time I would add some chopped nuts.

A PEACH CAKEY THING

1 1/2 lbs frozen peaches
1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 cup melted butter or margerine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Spray a 9" or 10" pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place peaches in bottom of pan, top with dry cake mix. Mix melted butter with cinnamon & drizzle over cake mix. Some of the cake mix will still be dry in places. Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Serve with slightly sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
