Green Beans with Sesame Seeds

2 c. green beans, tips removed
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice

In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook beans for 5 minutes. Drain. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand.

In a skillet, melt butter. Add sesame oil and saute sesame seeds.

Add cooked beans and parsley. Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss lightly.
