Green Peas with Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. butter 1/4c. finely sliced onion 1 garlic clove, sliced 2 Tbsp. tomato paste 1 tomato, diced 1 1/3 c. green peas salt & pepper 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
In a skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and onion and saute over low heat.
Add tomato paste and tomatoes; stir; add green peas. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt & pepper, add basil and serve.
