This was my grandmother's recipe.

7-Up Cake

1 box lemon cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
8 oz. 7-Up
1 box instant lemon pudding

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a 13x9x2 pan in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Icing

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 T. flour
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut

Cook in small saucepan until thick. When cool, spread over cake.
