Classic Potato Salad serves 16
2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise 4T. vinegar 3 t. salt 2 t. sugar 1/2t. black pepper
12 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed, and cooked 2 c. sliced celery 1/2c. finely chopped red onion 12 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 c. chopped gherkin pickles 1 c. red bell pepper, chopped 1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
Combine 1st 5 ingred. in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss gently but thoroughly to coat with sauce. Cover and chill.
