Easy Chicken Stir Fry
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips 1 can condensed Golden Mushroom soup 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 bag (16 oz) frozen vegetable mix (Bird's Eye Sugar Snap Mix is great) cooked rice
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir fry til browned. Add soup, soy sauce, and garlic powder. (Maybe extra sauteed mushrooms) Heat to boil. Add vegetables and cook til tender-crisp. Serve over hot rice. - rec.food.recipes/linda/tennesses/2001
