Small Loaf 2/3 cup water 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp honey 1/3 tsp salt 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup bread flour 1 tsp yeast 1/3 cup raisins 1/3 cup chopped nuts, optional
Medium Loaf 1 cup water 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 1/2 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup oats 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup bread flour 1 1/2 tsp yeast 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup chopped nuts; optional
Large Loaf 1 1/3 cup water 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp honey 2/3 tsp salt 1 cup oats 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 cup bread flour 2 tsp yeast 2/3 cup raisins 2/3 cup chopped nuts; optional
Put all ingredients EXCEPT raisins and nuts into your bread machine as suggested by manufacturer. Use Raisin Bread Cycle. At the BEEP add raisins and nuts.
If using National/Panasonic add raisins and nuts following first kneading. If using Maxim or Mister Loaf add raisins and nuts at the beginning.
