Marinated Carrots
5 cups of carrots (sliced, cooked. and cooled)
1 can tomato soup 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup vinegar 1 med onion (sliced) 1 med pepper (sliced) 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper
Mix all ingredients.. Add carrots and let stand in refrig all night..Keep in refrig up to two weeks.
