Tropical Fruit Smoothie
1 ripe mango, chopped 1 banana 1/2 cup pineapple, crushed 1/2 cup orange juice 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt Toasted shredded coconut, for garnish
Place ingredients into blender and mix on high until smooth. Garnish with shredded coconut. You can add 1/2 cup of rum or to taste & crushed ice & serve in daiqurí glasses. Delicious
Yields: 2 tall glasses (if you add rum & the crushed ice, use daiquirí or martini glasses)
