BEEF KEEMA 500grams of ground mince beef 1 onion 2tspns grated ginger 2 tspns curry powder 1 tspn of curry paste 1 tspn of tumeric 1 cup of beef stock 200 grams of natural yoghurt 1 Tblspn of plain flour 250 gram pack of frozen spinach 1 tomato chopped
*Heat a little oil in a frypan, add onion and ginger, saute till tender *blend in curry powder, curry paste, and tumeric *add minced beef and brown well *blend in stock simmer covered for 20 mins *add water if mixture becomes too thick *mix yoghurt with flour, stir into mince mixture and heat through. *Serve with rice and pappadums
