Re: Carrot Cake - mentions 'pineapple' as part of recipe. Doesn't say how much etc. In other words 'pineapple' was forgotten. - Marilee Smith

Thank you for pointing that out Marilee. I made a note in the recipe and my suggestion is to add one 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained when adding the carrots. - Betsy
