Chicken Satay
2 T creamy peanut butter 1/2 C soy sauce 1 1/2 T brown sugar 2 T curry powder 2 gloves garlic - crushed 1 T hot pepper sauce 6 boneless chicken breasts - cut into cubes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let chicken marinate for at least 2 hours. Place about 4 cubes of chicken per skewer and grill on both sides until done. (Or sauté in sauté pan)
