Lo Cal Onion Dip rec.food.recipes/Fred Towner/1999
Base Dip: 1 cup cottage cheese, lo fat 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup plain yogurt, low fat 1/4 cup green onion, chopped 1 tsp salt 1 pinch pepper
In blender, process cottage cheese with lemon juice until blended. Add other ingredients. Process just until mixed. Add onion soup mix, parsley, basil, artichoke, dill, shrimp, crab, or curry as desired to base dip mixture. Refrigerate four hours, or overnight.
