German Potato Salad

2 potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
chopped parsley (to taste)
2 slices cooked bacon

Combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. May need a little sugar. Stir and place in crockpot for 5-6 hours (may need to cook a little
longer).
