Surf-And-Turf Kabobs alt.cooking-chien/July-Ann/1999 Makes 4 servings
1/4 cup A1 SWEET & TANGY Steak Sauce 1 tablespoon fresh grated lemon peel 2 teaspoons ground paprika 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (8-ounce) boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips 1/2 pound large shrimp (about 20), shelled and deveined 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces 3 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
Combine steak sauce, lemon peel, paprika and pepper; set aside.
Alternately thread beef strips, shrimp, pepper and green onions on 4 (12-inch) skewers.
Grill or broil skewers for 6 to 10 minutes, turning and basting with steak sauce mixture often.
