Chicken Breasts with Cajun Spice Rub (George Foreman Grill)

I did a chicken breast with a combination rub and it smelled my kitchen up wonderfully as it cooked on my GF grill!

1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Combine all spices in a large baggy. Pat chicken breast with paper towel to remove moisture then put chicken breast in the baggy and shake it around until it is nicely coated with the spices. Remove chicken breast from baggy and grill!
