Candy Bar Fudge

Yield: 4 pounds

6 Snickers bars
3 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cup chocolate chips
7 oz. marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla

Line a 9-in pan with foil. Butter the foil and set pan aside.

Cut the candy bars into 1/2 inch slices: set aside.

In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir until temperature reads 234 on candy thermometer. Remove from the heat. Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla and marshmallow creme until smooth.

Pour half of the mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with candy bar slices. Top with remaining chocolate mixture. Let stand at room temperature to cool.

Lift out of the pan and remove the foil. Cut into small squares.
