These can be made early in the day.
10 oz almonds, pecans or walnuts 8 oz cream cheese 1/8 lb (2 oz) roquefort cheese 2 tbsp heavy cream 1 lb grapes, washed and dried
Preheat oven to 275. Toast nuts until brown, start checking at about 10 to 15 minutes. Chop nuts coarsely by hand or in food processor. Spread nuts on a platter.
In an electric mixer or by hand combine cream cheese, roquefort cheese, and cream. Beat until smooth.
Drop clean, dry grapes into the cheese mix and gently stir by hand to coat. Then roll the coated grapes in the toasted nuts. Place on a tray lined with wax paper. Chill.
